At the core is a flexible lycra yarn wrapped in UHMWPE—one of the world’s strongest fibres—then insulated with a cotton outer. Woven through the denim weft and paired with a cotton/nylon blend warp, this structure delivers a unique balance of stretch, abrasion resistance, and breathability.
