IT CAN GET WILD OUT THERE - VOLUME 29
I purchased a jacket not too long ago from this site that I happened to stumble upon through an Instagram Ad. I immediately loved the jacket quality and style.
On 9/15/24 I got in a crash while riding, 50mph on the highway. I hit a bump in the road and when my front wheel made contact with the surface again I assume it made contact with loose gravel. My handlebars jerked right as I was in a curve in the road and I couldn’t regain control. I dumped my bike on its right side, eventually separating from the bike where my body dragged and rolled, eventually flinging me into the guardrail.
I opened my eyes realizing I was still alive and got up placing myself within the guardrail for protection until medics arrived. My co-worker was directly in front and witnessed the whole crash and assumed I was dead.
The end result was minor road rash to my right leg as I only had work pants on, bruising on my back/hip (probably from the guardrail), and a broken right hand.
I had absolutely no road rash on my upper body and strongly believe that your jacket (along with my helmet) saved my life. A check of the jacket showed it did not even tear.
Thank you for this product, I wasn’t sure where to leave a review such as this but felt that I needed to put it somewhere for staff to see.
